TippingPoint享譽全球的DVLabs資安專業團隊於2010 年初發表了IP Reputation DV (Digital Vaccine數位疫苗)，透過 TippingPoint Lighthouse 全球威脅監控系統與第三方研究機構的即時分析結果，提供客戶以 IP 與 domain 為基礎的信譽資料，列舉出全球當下惡意的IP/domain，諸如 Botnet 控制站、P2P Super Node、Phishing site 等；亦可依據地區與國別分類，諸如 CN 網域等。IP 信譽服務會依據風險高低程度的不同定義分數，搭配CIDR 的設定可輕鬆配置出適切資安政策的網路通行準則。
